Ferguson Realty, which was just awarded Gold in the "Best of Seal Beach" contest,  is a fast-growing boutique real estate brokerage located in sunny Seal Beach. Founded in 2013 by Broker/Owner Nat Ferguson, he was recently featured as an Expert Panelist at the Curaytor Excellence conference which centers around actionable marketing and sales advice. Nat spoke amongst the top real estate agents in the country. 

Presently we are interviewing for the position of Inside Sales Associate (ISA). The ISA is often the very first person/impression that our potential customers have when contacting Ferguson Realty about real estate.  

Because of this, we are seeking a dynamic, high energy individual that has strong telephone sales, organizational & tech skills are a must. 

General job description

Imagine calling warm leads that want to talk to you and getting bonused to set appointments? Are you interested in being part of a dynamic sales team in our new Seal Beach office?

The position of Inside Sales Associate is responsible for telephone, social media and email prospecting to generate new client’s daily for Ferguson Realty. These activities will result in you scheduling appointments for our Listing & Buyer specialists, inputting/managing the client and lead database within our CRM. You will be required to conduct lead follow up and nurture leads until appointments are set.

Regular sales training & support is offered as a core benefit of this position.

FAQ's

Do I need a real estate license? No. 

How will I be compensated? We pay an hourly wage and a two-step bonus for appointments set and sales closed. Because this is a sales position, pay is heavily weighted towards appointments & sales.

Will I be required to work from your office? Yes, during regular business hours.
