Heron Point is unique in that it feels like a community within a community. Only 67 homes were built in this neighborhood (compare that to nearly 1000 homes on The Hill) and it’s easy to see why this is a tight-knit neighborhood.

This neighborhood is centrally located in Seal Beach across the Boulevard from the Naval Station,  a short drive to the 405 freeway (2.6 miles or 7 minutes) and walking distance to McGaugh Elementary School.
